If you would like to feel and look your best in later life, and have more energy for your daily activities and leisure interests, then Fitness4Seniors can help you.
Older adults have earned the right to slow down and take it easy. However, it is well known that gradually, over time, our strength can decline.
Around a third of all people aged over 65 fall each year, with higher rates among those over 75. We are often uncertain why we fall, but it is mainly because of loss of muscle and bone strength making it difficult to steady ourselves.
Falls are not an inevitable part of ageing. Scientific research has shown that we can slow down age-related decline by participating regularly in Balance and Strength exercises so that we may potentially become fitter, healthier and more confident in order to enjoy our later lives to the full.

The Fitness4Seniors Balance and Strength exercise programme incorporates FaME (Falls Management Exercises) and OTAGO exercises, designed to improve your balance confidence and lower the risk of falls and fractures.
These exercises help us to become stronger and more confident in our everyday activities and build up our strength towards being able to get up from the floor.
Heart health, bone strength, weight management, breathe better, sleep better, boost memory, manage pain, live longer, manage health conditions, improve appetite, relieve stress, improve mood, and more.
As you are unique, you will be given expert guidance to adapt the exercises to suit you, in order to keep you safe and to help you to work effectively towards your desired outcome(s).

“You [Louise] certainly pay attention to detail and spend a lot of time before and after your one-to-one sessions, writing your thoughts and suggestions up. You cleared a lot of grey areas for me, by demonstrating what I can do to correct these concerns with your recommended exercises.”
"I was very impressed with the [group] exercise [sessions]…I asked her to give me some one-to-one sessions to help me with my lower back and hip pain… She listened very attentively and asked questions relating to my problems. She arrived punctually [and] checked my posture, suggesting appropriate exercises to improve. I highly recommend her services to anyone.
